I just want to give a shout out to @HaniParker. I’m so blessed to have met her & got to meet her in person also. I met her thru locals & She’s one of those rare females who is such an amazing soul. I would of never met Josh Jay Hani & the girl who’s pictured we used to decoy Giovanna with whom iim still close friends with also. If I didn’t see Boopac’s catch video on Facebook & did a bunch of research on the pdfile (I’love detective work) I inboxed him & eventually became Boopac’s decoy Ihelped catch pedofiles & went on so many catches & That there is a true blessing!
I lost my job actually I was fired(very unjustified) yesterday & although it’s a blessing in disguise, as that toxic place was bringing me down & killing my spirit, I am devastated. I’m a single Mom & my daughter is turning 16 on Thanksgiving & the timing of this sucks. I’m just going through so many emotions. But While Talking to @HaniParker this morning balling my eyes out it helped me Soooo much to talk to her & her pep talk & ongoing support means so much. She reminded me of how awful that place was & I was literally being verbally abused by the 2 doctors I worked with (it wasn’t always that way) all in front of coworkers & patients, Humiliating to say the least. The women there were so toxic & 2 faced. & obviously miserable In life & I deserve a better work environment. I was the hardest worker there & patients loved me because of my natural empathy & kindness. While talking to HR on a phone on speaker with my manager , it became VERY clear that my manager never reported the verbal abuse incidents to HR. I stood up for myself & reported them…. Which I was proud of myself for doing. But In the end it cost me my job. She even made sure to do it during work hours to make it humiliating. One last incident occured yesterday before this with the doctor yelling at me asking to add on a patient , she tells “Why do you care” I said because she’s a patient and that’s our job…TO CARE! . My managerwas protecting the doctors & didn’t care how they treated employees I found out my manager was screamed at by one of the doctors for how she was treating his medical assistant, so that was satisfying to hear it wasn’t just me & she a fully deserved it. It used to be a great place to work & I know my worth & worth ethic will hopefully be appreciated elsewhere soon. But I’m not going down without a fight. Boopac taught me that. 🙌❤️ In closing, I just wanted to say there are some amazing people in this locals community & @HaniParker is a real one. Period.
